It’s so easy to fill up the snack cabinet with those convenient, tasty treats our kids love. But often times these (usually processed) foods have little to no nutritional value for our kiddos. Healthy eating is just as important for kids as it is for adults, as it can attribute to the prevention of many chronic diseases over time. Introducing your child to healthy eating habits will not only make a positive impact on their health throughout childhood, but it will also shape the way they make smart decisions about food as they grow older.
