DURING YOUR VISIT
Video conferencing with your child’s provider is just like an in-person visit. Your child’s provider will review medical history and symptoms and treat accordingly, including prescribing medications if needed.
Common medical problems can be treated through a telehealth visit such as:
- Allergies
- Minor Scrapes and Cuts
- Vomiting and Diarrhea (2 years old and older)
- Rashes
- Insect Bites
- Pink Eye
- Follow-Up Medication Checks
- Lactation Consulting

CONNECT
Set up for your child’s telehealth visit is simple. Connect using your computer, phone, or tablet through our secure patient portal. A parent or legal guardian must be present for the visit.
