Saturday Urgent Care at Village Pediatrics in Plano
Village Pediatrics is open on Saturdays so your child can get the care they need from your trusted pediatric team! We know you can’t schedule your kid’s illness, so we offer outside-of-business hours for the convenience you need.
Saturday urgent care location:
West Plano Medical Village, South entrance
Telehealth visits are also available if your child does not need to be seen in-person by one of our providers. Please reach out to see which visit type is right for your family.
Hours:
Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Same-day and next-day urgent care appointments are also offered Monday through Friday at both our Plano and Frisco locations.

Urgent Care Reviews
When should I bring my child in for urgent care?
There are many things we can see your child for, including:
- Coughs
- Allergies
- Sore throats
- Low-grade fevers
- Cold or flu treatment
- Flu and COVID testing
- Earaches
- Minor scrapes, cuts, bumps, burns and more
Please reach out to your pediatric care team to make sure your child’s concerns can be addressed with an urgent care appointment before scheduling. Urgent care is not for emergency medical concerns, and we want to ensure your child gets the care they need.
Why should my child see a pediatric team for urgent care?
We recommend seeing your trusted pediatric care team for many reasons!
The most important reason is that your child already trusts this team. Your urgent care provider has access to your child’s medical records and history, and they can send notes to your regular pediatrician. If you need a follow-up appointment, your child can still see their established pediatrician!
Your child’s medical records will stay in the same place, and you will have access to them through the portal you’re already familiar with. You can message your pediatric care team through the portal if you have any questions about their treatment plan!
