I find it hard to believe anyone would have bad things to say about this practice. I have taken my children to the doctors here for 17 years and have never had a bad experience. All staff are friendly and helpful! More

McKinney Pediatrics should be the model for all customer oriented practices and has been my family's choice for over 11 years. Although the practice has grown, the quality, variety and efficiency of their services continues to improve. My kids LIKE Dr. Dan but more importantly they TRUST him because he offers them explanations in terms they understand. We have found that All of the providers take time for these explanations. The staff (front office and nursing) also deserves high marks for efficiency and thoroughness. Accurate and timely implementation of the treatment plan is essential for success and they GET IT DONE without repeat phone calls and reminders. The business office has ensured that our service has never been delayed or compromised by insurance company mishaps that happen so frequently. The on-site pharmacy provides another option for parents. McKinney Peds has met our needs while giving my kids a "healthy" attitude for addressing their future healthcare. More
